Craft World Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all Craft World activities. Craft World reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions as the situation arises.
Age Categories and hours:
Craft World Provides after - school classes and camps on school holidays for children.
- Little Makers/The Makers art and craft classes are suitable for children from ages 4 to 12 inclusive.
- Little Makers Summer Camps are suitable for ages 4 to 12 inclusive.
- The hours of camp are 10am to 1pm from Monday to Friday.
Cancellation, Refund and Exchange policy
1. Seats in our classes/camps are based on availability and require registration. Places are allocated on a first come first serve basis.
2. Should a child miss the class due to sickness or any other reason, class term fee cannot be reduced; you are eligible to take the missed class, within the current term.
3. There are no Little Makers classes on school or public holidays.
4. Craft World staff cannot be held responsible for children before or after the specified class or camp times.
5. Should Craft World cancel a class a refund will be made in full within 10 business days.
6. There is no reduction for any classes canceled due to any extreme weather conditions or any other reason beyond our control. Classes will be made up whenever possible.
7. Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason one week prior to the start date of the class or camp Craft World will process a refund within 10 business days. €25 admission fee will be excluded from refund.
8. Balance must be paid at the start of the term/camp.
9. Craft World reserves the right to make date/venue changes if necessary.
10. Craft World will operate to the highest safety standards. In consideration of the acceptance of the above name student into Craft World, the applicant agrees that Craft World and/or their employees will not be held responsible for any accidents or loss of personal property, however caused.
11. Any participant whose conduct is deemed by the camp manager to be detrimental to the best interest of the programme will be dismissed - no refunds will be made.
12. The use of mobile phones is not permitted in Craft World camps, except in exceptional situations where approval has been requested from a staff member. MOBILE PHONES are not prohibited at camp. They can remain powered off in their bags if required for outside camp hours.
13. Craft World reserves the right to modify or delete any activity in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
14. Students participate at the parent/guardian`s own risk and parents/guardians are obligated to inform Craft World and its staff of any existing significant medical conditions, allergies or special needs. Permission is granted to seek medical treatment in the event of an accident.
15. Emergency contact - Please provide 2 contact numbers of people to contact in the event of any sickness or incidents. If your child has any allergies or special needs please let us know in advance. Any information provided will be treated as confidential.
16. A confirmation email or text will be sent as proof of booking. Payment is regarded as acceptance of the booking conditions.
17. Photographs/Videos may be taken for promotional use.
18. Payment will be made in full.
19. Fees are reviewed annually at the end of August.
20. Pick up arrangements: Our teachers will be on-site for at least 30 minutes after the camp/class ends. A teacher will always man the door. Your child will not be permitted to leave the premises until recognised by a family member, friend or childminder who is there to collect them. Please inform us if you wish to make alternative arrangements.
21. Database: When you book with Craft World your details are added to our marketing database unless you choose to opt out. Please let us know by email, text or call us and we will remove all your details from the database.
